Jan. 30th, 2008 Food Diary.

5:30 Am Not feeling great. Restless sleep because of congestion in chest. Went back to sleep after taking a teaspoon on cough syrup. Taking it wasn't my plan but it gave me comfort to get some rest. Cough is really loud and rattles in my chest. My ribs hurt from coughing.

11:00 AM Phone rang, got up. 3 Eggs scrambled in light coconut oil and curry. 5 Quinary and cup of Calli Tea. Cough is under control for the moment. I need to get better so I can return to work tomorrow.

12:30 PM Green Salad. 3 Handfuls of Mixed Greens, 2 Tbsp. of Oriental Dressing, 1 Tablespoons each of Sunflower, Pumpkin and Hemp Heart seeds. 2 Large glasses of water.

2:30 Pm 2 Spelt Wraps with 2 Veggie Patties.

6:30 PM 1 Chicken Breast. 5 Quinary. 2 Cups of Spaghetti Squash with tomato sauce, mushrooms and spinach. 2 Cups of tea and water..

Went to bed at 9 PM.

7:30 Am 1 Red Bean Cake. Ok, I was making them and this was the reject. MMmm, tasty!

11:00 Am Vitalite Bar. Calli Tea.

12:30 PM 1 Big Green Salad : Oriental Salad Dressing, Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Cellery and Cherry Tomatoes. 2 Spelt Wraps with Hemp Hearts with 2 Small Red Bean Patties.

3:30 PM 1 cup of sliced strawberries

5:00 PM 2 Cups of Bean Soup.

8:30 PM I am getting desperate for Tim Horton's. Hubby got his Tim Horton's and I got my steamed Soy Milk with sugar free syrup from Starbuck's. Tim Horton's Tim Bits were not in my plan. 10 Tim Bits. I have to overcomb this habit.

Jan. 28th Phase 2


I just recieved the printout of Rob's plan part two so here is my day so far.

6:30 AM 3 Scrambled egg in coconut oil. 5 Quinary. Calli Tea with Suncare. 2 Mugs.

8:30 AM 2 Nuplus. 2 Mugs of Calli.

10-1 PM Not hungry. Drinking more tea, water and lots of fluids.

Went grocery shopping. Lots of veggies, Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, Hemp Seed Nut, raw pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and Spelt Wraps. Shopped at Save On and bought more obcure items from Planet Organic.

3:00 PM 1 Huge Salad and Oriental Salad Dressing.

6:00 PM 2 small Spelt wraps with hemp hearts stuffed 1/3 cup of hummous, greens, Veggie Chick'n Strips


8:30 PM 1 Mug of Calli.

9:30 PM 2 Mugs of Fortune Delight with Suncare and Quinary Capsules opened.

I'm declaring this my 'free' day.

4:30 AM Too congested to sleep. Got up and drank water with 5 Quinary.

5:30 Am 3 Scrambled eggs with curry in coconut oil. Hot cereal. Calli Tea with Suncare. 2 Nuplus.

11:00 AM 2 Mugs of lemon herbal tea. Biscuit with 2 pats of butter.

1:20 PM 1 Cup of vegetarian soup. 2 Mugs of Calli Tea.


6:00 PM 1 Steak. Brocolli. Fries. 1 Piece of Garlic Toast. 3 Mugs of Camomile Tea, Herbal. Small serving of ribs.

10:00 PM Tim Bits. Herbal tea. 5 Quinary. Really sick... Everything is running. Coughing has started. Going to bed.

3:00 AM Coughing. Up to drink water and logging this..

Whoops, if you notice I'm inconsistent a couple of days with my posts. I have to blog in the morning and at night to post my daily food or else I forget!




That day I spent the day with my neice who turned 18. She wanted to go see Hedley at Ed's Rec Center at WEM. Great venue! We had a seat and I didn't have to stand in the mosh pit. Bands that night: Hedley (of course), State of Shock (I lust after the lead singer, don't tell my husband!) and Social Code. The energy was amazing and it was the first time in a long time that I went out and felt great in public. I mean I work with the public everyday but this was different!

Janurary 26. Food Journal.

6:30 AM 3 Eggs scrambled with curry and cooked in coconut oil. Calli Tea with Suncare. 5 Quinary. Irritating cough and started to break apart.. Feeling incredibly fatigued and still sore from exercising. I did not exercise last night due to working later and will exercise tonight. 2 Vitamen C Tablets. 1 Nuplus.

1:00 PM I'm noticing that I'm not hungry and have gone back to not eating for 6-8 hours which is not following my plan. I'm just not hungry these last few days as you'll see.. It could be the pack of Hall's and bottles of water I've been eating to keep my throat moist. For lunch I had cauliflower and brocolli with 1 tsp. of sunflower seeds and pumkin seeds. 1 Tablespoon of Udo's and light sprinkle of flavoured vinegar. 2 Mugs of Calli. 1 Vitalite bar, fruit. 3 Strawberries. Ate another few Hall's.

6:00 PM 1 Chicken breast. Curried Buckwheat noodles with sauteed veggies in coconut oil. I made lots and we ate it all. God it as good... More water.. Calli Night Tea. 5 Quinary. Vitadophilis.

8:30 PM 1/3 cup of mixed nuts. Filberts, pine and almonds. All raw.. Calli Tea. 2 Nuplus. More water.

Taste buds are dead. The curry was hot as hell and hubby commented. Me, didn't taste that strong. Strawberries tasted bland.. Sore throat, irritating cough and stuffed sinuses. Ugh. Went to bed. Woke up at 4 Am and sitting here typing..

10:30 Am Steamed soy milk with 1 slice of banana bread with nuts.

1:00 PM 1/2 pita with 1 veggie burger and greens. 2 Tablespoons of Hummous with cherry
tomatoes and cellery. 1 apple.

3:30 PM 4 Gummy worms. Ok, they weren't sitting on my desk. I was gnawing at them while talking to someone..

6:00 PM Uhm.. 1/2 bag of Cheese Nupuffs.

7:00 PM 2 Cups of Bean and Veggie Soup with Hot Sauce. 1/2 Pita.

8:00 PM Feeling congested and sick. 5 Quinary. 2 Cups of tea....

Jan.25th, 2008 Food Journal.

6:30 AM Hungry. Hot Cereal. 1 Cup Cooked with Seeds, etc. 3 Eggs scrambled with coconut oil. Cup of Calli Tea. 5 Quinary. I'm taking five during morning and five at night. Very congested last night. Feeling somewhat better today. Working weird shift. 11:oo - 7:30 PM.

8:30 Am Made "Spagetti" with Squash to take for lunch in my cool new lunch bag. I'm such a girl!

4:00 Pm Not hungry all day. At my spaghetti squash. Nuplus. Cup of Calli.

8:00 Pm Raw veggies and hummous. 1 Hard Boiled Egg. Night Calli Tea. Chicken strips. 5
Quinary.

Jan. 23. Rob's Plan.

Back on track.

6:30 Am Fortune Delight. 5 Quinary. I worked late last night and am tired. Stressful night last night. Today I feel tired and bloated.

7:30 2 Hard boiled eggs.

1:00 PM Carrot Sticks and Cellery. 2 Tablespoon of Hummous. 1 Apple.

6:00 PM Vitalite Bar. 15 Nupuffs.

7:30 PM Green salad with Udo's oil and 2 Tablespoons of seeds (pumpkin, sunflower raw). Chicken strips.

8:30-9:00 PM 1 Mile Video. Exercise with weights.

1 Litre of water throughout evening.

Vegetarian Lentil Soup with Spinach.


Serves 2.



1 Tsp of Coconut Oil (You can use Olive Oil if you choose)

1/2 large tin of coconut milk

1 cup of cooked Red Lentils

1 Large Onion chopped

2 Tablespoons of Ginger

2 Cloves of Garlic

2 Cups of Chopped Spinach

1 Tablespoon of Curry Powder

1 Cup of Vegetable Stock


Saute garlic, onion and ginger until lightly brown in oil. Add curry power and vegetable stock. Turn down heat and add lentils. Heat through and add coconut milk cooking for 15 mins. Add spinach and cook for additional 5 mins. Enjoy. This makes two small bowls.

It's been a long time.


Three years ago, writing was one of my passions but for one reason or another it fell along the wayside. I wrote for local publications including Synchronicity, Heartbeat, the Edmonton Journal and did web writing for different sites. All of my work included human interest stories and it was effortless! Truly, that is the writing I enjoyed doing. If someone said to me.. Write a piece on.. blah, blah, bah .. I'd feel incredibly stressed and my creative energies would be totally tapped.


I approached Rob who is the Site Admin for http://www.formerfatguy.com/ because he is looking for writers and surprisingly enough, he was going to ask me. Rob is a guy who believes that things happen for a reason and that there are no accidents. His forum truly inspires me to go for my goals and achieve what I desire. He's very good at kicking your ass if that's what you need as well but in a firm, respectful sort of way!

Writing will give me the chance to share with others my journey, my challenges, ideas and thoughts. In some ways, it might be considered vanity publishing because I feel it will keep me accountable to my goals by sharing with other but I feel it will add value to others who will certainly relate to my story This is no fictional story; this is my life!

6:30 AM Wide awake. Couldn't sleep in. Slight upset stomach. Hmm, wine and chocolate?

7:00 AM 1 Vita Dophilis. 1 Mug of Calli Tea. *3* scrambled eggs. 5 Quinary.

8:30 AM Hot cereal. 2 Servings. I was hungry!

12:00 PM 1/4 cup of couscous with 1/2 chicken breast ( Moroccan Chicken). 1 Whole Wheat Pita with 2 Tablespoons of Hummous. 2 Cups of boiled water with fresh Ginger.

2:00-3:00 PM Bowling!

3:30 PM 1 Shaker Bottle of Fortune Delight. 1/2 Vitalite Bar.

6:00 PM Carrot Sticks/Hummous

6:30 PM 1 Sweet Potato Fries. 1 Small bowl of lentil and spinach soup.

9:30 Popcorn made in pot with olive oil.

10:00 PM 1 Vitalite bar with Cashew Butter. 2 Tbsp.

9:00 AM Cereal. 1/4 cup not half cup with Salba, Raw Sunflower Seeds, etc. 1 Cup of Cali tea with Suncare. 2 Eggs with Coconut Oil. 5 Quinary.

10:30 AM Nuplus and Cali Tea.

12:00 PM 1 Cup of Quinoa with red pepper, red onions and 1 can of salmon. Nuplus.

3:00 PM 1 Sunbar. Fortune Delight. Soy Cheese and 4 Ryvita Crackers.

6:30 PM 1 Chicken Breast (Morrocan Chicken) served over 1 cup of Couscous. 1 Glass of White Wine. Holy cow, wine hit me hard.

8:00 PM Terry's Chocolate Orange. 3 slices. Water.

10:00 PM Still hungry. Hmmm. 1 Pita bread plain. 1 Mug of Calli Tea.

I have to eliminate some things if I want weight loss to happen. Ie, wine, chocolate and evening eating.

6:00 AM Mug of Calli Tea with Suncare. 3 Eggs Overeasy with 1 tbsp. coconut oil. No time to cook hot cereal so quick breakfast. Will eat more at breaktime.

1:00 PM Cut veggies. Carrots, Brocolli, Cauliflower with 2 Tbsp. dip. 1 Whole Wheat Pita bread. 3 Ounces of Soy Cheese. Sunbar. 1/2 Orange. Water.

6:00 PM 2 Pieces of Haddock. 5 Scallops. 5 Large Shrimp. Fries. Ceasar Salad. Water.

10:00 PM 1 Nuplus. Water.

12:00 AM 1 Pita Bread. Soy Cheese.

Very restless. Couldn't sleep. Restless. Went to sleep at 2:00 AM. Usually in bed by 11:00 PM

Holy crap. Where did the week go!

1:00 PM. Medical Emergency at work. Lunch delayed until 2:15 PM.

2:15 PM 1/3 cup of white bean dip. Fresh peppers, cauli. and brocolli. Mandarine orange. Fortune Delight. Vitalite bar.

5:30 Went grocery shopping for some fresh veg.

6:30 PM Pita Pizza from Extreme Pita. Grilled chicken, bruchetta, olives . Water. 2 Nuplus.

4:30 PM 2 Cups of Vegetable Stew (home made), 1 Mug of Calli Night. 1 Sunbar.

6:30 PM 1 Seashell Chocolate.

9:45 PM Chicken Wrap. Mug of Fortune Delight.

10:00 PM 2 Eggs overeasy. No oil. Plain. 5 Quinary with Large glass of water.

Day Five. Feeling Alive.

5:30 AM. Nuplus. Mug of Calli with Suncare. 5 Quinary. 1 Vitadophilus.

10:30 Am 1 Sunbar. 1 Fortune Delight. Bottle of Water.

1:00 PM Green Tossed Salad and 2 Hard Boiled Eggs. One Mandarine Orange.

4:00 PM Bottle of Water. Sunbar.

6:30 1 Serving of Buckwheat Noodles. 2 Tablespoons of Veggie Spread. Sauteed mushroom, green pepper, red pepper, garlic and brocolli in 1 tsp. of coconut oil. 1 Can of Tuna packed in water.

9:00 PM In bed. Exhausted.

5:30 AM Alarm went off. Still feeling nauseated. Drank water and took one packet of Vitadophilis. Some comfort.

6:30 AM Showered and contemplating breakfast. Will make smaller portion of hot cereal. No eggs today.

7:30 Am Breakfast. Three eggs scrambled in 1 tsp. of coconut oil. Mug of Calli with Suncare and 5 Quinary.

10:30 AM 1 Suncare Bar. 1 Fortune Delight. Bottle of Water.

1:00 PM 1 Pita Pizza with Chicken, Bruscetta and Mushrooms. Bottle of Water.

7:00 Pm 1/4 Chicken. 1 Crusty Roll. 2 pats of butter. Green Salad. Fries.


Extremely tired. Went to bed at 9:00 PM

10:00 AM Woke up. Made to to list for day.

10:45 AM Ate breakfast. Cereal with seeds, Soya, Salba, etc. 3 Eggs. Scrambled. Two mugs of Cali Tea, Suncare and Quinary.
12:30 PM 1 cup of quinoa with red onion, red peppers and garlic. 1 Sunbar. 1 Mug of Cali Tea.
2:15 PM Hungry. Ryvita and Red Pepper Spread. Arugula Salad with radish, mushrooms, 1/2 avocado and 1 tablespoon of Udo's.
4:00 PM Peach Fortune Delight. One mug.
6:30 PM Went to rent Superbad and wanted Pita Pizza but closed. Chose terriaki chicken sub on whole wheat with all veggies except for jalapeno. Condiment, mustard.
8:00 PM One slice of Terry's chocolate orange.
9:00 PM Tired. Went to bed. Laid in bed bloated and uncomfortable for two hours. Finally drifted off to sleep. Stomach ache have figured out, Avocados. Third time eating avocados and stomach discomfort..

Day Two Part Deux.


Apparently my stylist dissappeared and is no where to be found! Weird. I was ticked so instead of sitting at home I thougt it would be great to walk to Whyte Ave.

12:00 PM Lemon Grass Chicken at Uoodle Noodle and bottle of water. Oh my Gawd. I know the noodles aren't good for me but I haven't had it in MONTHS. Delllllllllllllllllllllliiiiiiiiiiiicious! Noodles, carrots, chicken, red peppers, lemon grass and cilantro. Whoa mama, I'm stuffed but I kept on walking for...five hours!

Walked down one side of Whyte Ave. and down the other side. Great day outside! The sun was amazing and it sure warmed things up! I tried five hair salons and no one had any openings. Harumph.






I wrapped my way around and made it to Planet Organic. The place was buzzing. I picked up my Almond Milk, Coconut Oil and Salba. Quite the difference in prices for coconut oil after reading the labels for the same product, virtually. Hmmm, no whole Salba. I had to opt for the ground Salba from the fridge. I had to ask for help finding it, too many shelves and too many people!

With groceries in hand I popped into the salon next door and Carly luckily had a cancellation! Yes! Got my hair cut. I will be back there again. Go to Russo Hair Design!

4:00 PM 2 Mugs of Fortune Delight. Too full to eat anything but very thirsty. Slightly fatigued. Nice to be home now..
5:30 PM Raw veggies (2 cups. Celery, Cukes, Cauli. and Brocolli) with hummous.
6:30 PM Water. 2 Veggie Patties with 2 pieces of brown bread and mustard. Hungry. Had no idea what to make tonight.
8:30 PM Four slices of Terry's Orange Chocolate. Watched movie.....
9:30 PM Six pieces of Ryvita and Avjar. Incredible cravings. Wanted cheese, chocolate, chips, etc.
11:00 PM Verbal fight with husband. Was warned of this from Rob. Upset, irritable, cranky.
12:00 PM Went to bed upset.

Rob's Plan. Day Two.


Day Off from today.





6:30 AM Breakfast same as Day One. I suggested that hubby and I eat breakfast together because he is Mr. Grumpy if he doesn't eat and his energy drops. He has the metabolism of a rabbit. Breakfast is so important and I thought it would inspire me as well to get up early and prep. So, at 6:15 AM this morning I'm making the Calli and making the hot cereal. At 6:30 I have everything ready. I happily eat mine and I hear "I don't like nuts in my cereal" "Too much cereal" "Not sweet enough". He ate 3/4 of the cereal and is suggesting how to make it next time. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Deep breaths. OOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHMMMMMM.



What did I learn? Part of me is ticked off but part of me is thinking.... Baby steps.


This is my journey and not everyone is going to understand, try, get, etc. or what I'm doing.


Afterall, my husband loves his breakfast cereal which is normally Raisin Bran = sugar. I choose not to forget Quaker Oatmeal in the pouches and into the microwave.


Oh yes, whole food cooking takes cooking time and dishes.


Enrolling someone is a challenging thing!


Me, I feel great. I'm off to get showered and I made myself a hair appointment.

Rob's Plan For Me. Day Two.





Day One






Breakfast 6:30 AM


*3 Eggs scrambled. Seasoned with Bragg's Seasoning. I was supposed to use Coconut Oil but didn't have it so I used a non stick pan which worked just fine.

*Bob's Red Mill Wheat Less 8 Grain Hot Cereal. 1 Tsp. of raw pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.

*Soy Milk. He wanted me to use Almond but I want to use my Soy first..
I was to use Salba with this but I couldn't find Salba and didn't know what Salba was! Heh.

* 1 Cup of Cali with Suncare.

*Nuplus

*Five capsules of Quinary.

Prep. time took about 20 mins. so allow extra time for cooking, eating and quick cleanup. I ate at computer so that I could flip through emails and I was pressed for time. Holy cow! For a non breakfast eater this was an enormous amount of food!! I felt tired after eating all that. Mind you, I ate at 6:00 AM and wasn't really hungry until 4:00 PM.

1:00 PM I had Sunbar and bottle of water.

5:00 PM Arugula, red pepper, chick peas, mushrooms, with Udo's dressing. Fortune Delight. Nuplus.

I sat across from two other people who went out into the mall and sat in front of me eating A and W. Double hamburgers with fries. I wanted it and as I drank my Fortune Delight, the feelings passed.

8:00 PM 1 cup of Sesame Sticks.

8:30 PM Chicken. Cut veggies and hummous.

Did not snack anytime during evening. Watched movie with hubby and went to bed at 11:00 PM.

DAY OFF!

9:00 AM Phone rang while I was sleeping and I realized that as I heard the message that it was Kandice. Crap. Fumbled around and got in touch with her.

10:45 Am Mug of Fortune Delight with hot water. 2 Pina Nuplus with one sachel of Vita Dophilus. Sunbar Fruit with 1 tsp. of cashew butter.

12:30 PM 2 cups of veggies; brocolli, carrots and cellery with 2 TSP low fat dressing.

1:00 PM 2 Cups of Calli Tea.

7:00 PM Large bowl of salad with Udo's and Bragg's. 6 Chicken Strips. 2 cups of water with lemon

9:00 PM 1 Chocolate Bar. 2 cups of water with lemon

10:30 PM 6 Pieces of Ryvita with 1.3 cup of red pepper hummous. 2 cups of water.

11:00 PM 2 cups of water with lemon

Day Six. Food Journal.

7:15 Am. Getting ready for work. Going to funeral and then to work. I know it will be incredibly sad. No time for breakfast.

Left work from funeral at 9:15 AM. I didn't eat before funeral because I was too upset and not hungry. My stomach rumbled throughout end of memorial service.

11:30 PM Small coffee with brioche. Emotionally drained and could go to bed to sleep right now but have to work until 6:30 PM!

2:00 PM Large plate of fries. No ketchup. Bottle of water.

7:15 PM Mike's Mom brought homemade Rouladen. I had two pieces with two cups of sauteed brussle sprout with Udo's drizzled over and Bragg's Sprinkle.

8:00 PM Two pieces of Flax Seed bread toasted with Red Pepper Hummous (1/3 cup)

9:30 PM 2 Pieces of Ferraro Roache chocolates. Ate them and did not* enjoy them as I usually would! 5 Brandy Beans. Calorie wise, lesser of two evils I suppose. I was mentally exhausted and a better choice would have been to go to bed or choose Sunrider. Today was a completely Sunrider free day and in this case, it was a day when it was needed.

10:oo PM Went to bed and got up at 7:30 AM. Have to work for 9:00 AM.

Day Five. Food Diary.

Woke up at 9:3o AM. Working late today. Great opportunity to sleep in... Not hungry.

Started work at 1:00 PM

1 Large Shaker full of water with 2 Fortune Delight (Peach) drank throughout day.

3:00 PM Medium Latte made with Soy Milk. No whip.

4:00 PM Associate gave me a huge box of chocolates for New Year gift and left them on my desk still wrapped. Contemplated eating them.. but didn't.

4:30 PM 1 cup of Couscous with 1.3 cup of chick peas, green onions, 1 tomato, lemon juice and Udo's Oil. Very hungry! After eating, comfortable. Brought along orange but didn't eat it.

Finished work at 9:35 PM and didn't get home until 9:45 PM

10: 10 PM 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas with 1.2 cup of homemade hummous, 1 sliced tomato, four mushrooms. 1 Kellogg's All Bran Bar.

Food Journal. Day Four.

As I reflect on yesterday, it was a challenging day. I got into work and as soon as I did I found out that a collegue's husband had passed away. I remember having coffee with her before I went on holidays and she was telling me that he was getting out of the hospital. She was happy that he was coming home, was weak but he wanted to be home as much as she wanted him home. He had been in the hospital for a month and beeen through numberous tests to determine. Meanwhile, his health declined and he did not live through an emergency surgery. Incredibly sad, they were an incredibly close couple and paired well. I will be attending the funeral on Sat.

Coming back to work, I had some lose ends to tie up which were intense but I plunged my through and got them done.


10:30 AM Cranberry Low Fat Muffin. They were out of my mini flax seed muffins. Small Late made with Soy Milk and no whip!

1:00 PM Pita The Great. Grilled Chicken Pita Pizza. Bruchetta and Mushrooms, Sauce and Cheese. Bottle of water.

6:44 PM Four Celery Sticks with 1/3 cup of homemade Hummous

7:15 Pm 1 Chicken Breast Grilled on a Large Tortilla with tomato and alfalfa sprouts. 1 cup of marinated veggies made with Udo's and Asian Vinegar. One cup of Calli Night Tea.

8:00 PM 2 Cups of Popcorn while watching Bridget Jones' Diary. 2 Cups of Calli Night Tea.

9:30 PM 1/3 cup of mixed nuts. Pine, Almonds, Walnuts. 2 Cups of Night Calli Tea.

10:00 PM Calli Night Tea. Sunbar with Cashew Butter

Food Journal. Day Three.

Am wondering if the rich food like avocado is mucking with me. That's twice I've eaten it and have an intense stomach pain that lasts for two days...


5:20 AM Kept waking up through night with nausea. Drank Pepto Bismal. Feel like crap. Not looking forward to work today and would love to sleep in.



6:15 Am Got up, showered and checked emails. I will go get ready and plan some time to put my breakfast and lunch together for the day. Mike has bad cold and calling into work sick.

7:15 AM Out the door to work! First day back after 7 days off...

10:30 AM 1 Large Peppermint Tea. Black. Wanted to eat but stomach extremly upset.

11:00 AM 1 1 Piece of Excel Chewing Gum. Peppermint.


1:00 PM PM 1 Brown Pita at Pita Pit with Grilled Chicken, Tomato Sauce, Bruchetta and Mushroom. Pita Pizza. 1 Bottle of Water. Was invited to walk to the Food Court.... best choice.

6:20 PM 6 Pieces of Mexican Rolls. Spicy Tuna with Bragg's. Lemon and Water to drink, one mug. Quite hungry....tasty!

7:30 PM One cup of Peanut Stew over 1/2 cup of buckwheat. 2 Cups of Fortune Delight.

9:30 PM Two cups of water with lemon and ice.

10:30 PM Intensly hungry! Craving chicken, cheese, nuts.. Not all together but...Instead had Sunbar and Cashew Butter.

Want to be in bed by 11:00 PM.

Yay for me today! I was given a box of Pot Of Gold Chocolates and Toblerone as gifts in my mailbox. I gave them away at work so I didn't take them home. Too tempting!

Food Diary. Day Two.


Happy New Year!

9:30 Am Woke up and hubby wanted to make sure we got up early enough to eat. He has the metabolism of a rabbit! Me, I was happy to lay in the comfy bed and plush pillows. I'm a comfort creature. We called the desk and were told breakfast was only available until 10:00! We negotiated and with room service to have it delivered. I had no idea what to eat because I wasn't hungry after last night's food.

10:30 AM Room service arrived. Vegetarian omelet with tomato, mushrooms, and too much cheddar cheese. 3 eggs? Two pieces of brown toast lighly buttered. 2 cups of Green tea, black. Watched a bit of tv about a woman on a size "0 " diet.

12:00- 1:00 PM Went back to sleep and too advantage of the late checkout for three. Left hotel at 2:00 PM.

3:00 PM Two cups of lemon /ginger 'tea'. Still feeling incredibly bloated but rested and optimistic.

4:00 PM Fruit Vitalite Bar with 1 Tablespoon Cashew Butter.

5:30 PM 1/2 cup barley and 1 cup of Darlene's Peanut African Stew. Yummy!

8:00 PM 1 Large brown tortilla wrap with 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup of greens, tomato, Udo's oil

9:00 I am so tired. I can hardly keep my eyes open. I've been sniffling today. I'm going to bed now. After a week off of work, its back to work tomorrow. Holidays are over.. G'night.
