Jan. 23. Rob's Plan.

Back on track.

6:30 Am Fortune Delight. 5 Quinary. I worked late last night and am tired. Stressful night last night. Today I feel tired and bloated.

7:30 2 Hard boiled eggs.

1:00 PM Carrot Sticks and Cellery. 2 Tablespoon of Hummous. 1 Apple.

6:00 PM Vitalite Bar. 15 Nupuffs.

7:30 PM Green salad with Udo's oil and 2 Tablespoons of seeds (pumpkin, sunflower raw). Chicken strips.

8:30-9:00 PM 1 Mile Video. Exercise with weights.

1 Litre of water throughout evening.
