10:30 Am Steamed soy milk with 1 slice of banana bread with nuts.
1:00 PM 1/2 pita with 1 veggie burger and greens. 2 Tablespoons of Hummous with cherry
tomatoes and cellery. 1 apple.
3:30 PM 4 Gummy worms. Ok, they weren't sitting on my desk. I was gnawing at them while talking to someone..
6:00 PM Uhm.. 1/2 bag of Cheese Nupuffs.
7:00 PM 2 Cups of Bean and Veggie Soup with Hot Sauce. 1/2 Pita.
8:00 PM Feeling congested and sick. 5 Quinary. 2 Cups of tea....
