6:30 AM Hungry. Hot Cereal. 1 Cup Cooked with Seeds, etc. 3 Eggs scrambled with coconut oil. Cup of Calli Tea. 5 Quinary. I'm taking five during morning and five at night. Very congested last night. Feeling somewhat better today. Working weird shift. 11:oo - 7:30 PM.
8:30 Am Made "Spagetti" with Squash to take for lunch in my cool new lunch bag. I'm such a girl!
4:00 Pm Not hungry all day. At my spaghetti squash. Nuplus. Cup of Calli.
8:00 Pm Raw veggies and hummous. 1 Hard Boiled Egg. Night Calli Tea. Chicken strips. 5
