Rob's Plan. Day Six.

Working Late.

8:30 Am Hot cereal with sunflower, salba and sunflower seeds. Soy Milk. Cinnamon. Vitadophilis.

11:30 PM Mug of Fortune Delight.

3:00 PM 4 Mint Sticks/Chocolate. Sitting in Meeting. 25 Calories each.

4:30 PM 2 Cups of Vegetable Stew (home made), 1 Mug of Calli Night. 1 Sunbar.

6:30 PM 1 Seashell Chocolate.

9:45 PM Chicken Wrap. Mug of Fortune Delight.

10:00 PM 2 Eggs overeasy. No oil. Plain. 5 Quinary with Large glass of water.

Did you notice it was 8 hours from meal 1 to meal 2?

question: if you would have had a second meal in there, do you think you would have still wanted the chocolate? or would you have made it through the meeting without?

the last meal was actually a chicken wrap and 2 eggs over easy right? just want to clarify.

you list them as 15 minutes apart

Definately! I find that when I go to long between meals/snacks or I don't eat enough early in the day that I crave the sweets and tend to overeat in the evening. Journalling has brought me awareness with these things.
