Today's Breakfast.

Thrown into blender.

1 Banana
1 Cup of Almond Milk
1 tsp. of almond butter
1 Package of Nuplus
5 Quinary Caps.
1 Kiwi Fruit
5 Strawberries

Awesome! What did you put in for liquid - water?

Add some suncare instead of 3 pieces of fruit and try adding some ground flax seeds into your diet as well. They are very good for you. Or some Udo's oil. Both are great for your EFA's.

Good ideas. That was basically what I had on hand..

I tried the mangos from Planet this morning. How do I cut them without a soppy mess?!
