6:30 AM Got up and had Calli Tea. 2 Nuplus. 5 Quinary.
1:00 PM Large green salad with 1 tablespoon of pumpkin and sunflower seeds. 2 Tablespoons of Oriental Salad Dressing. 1/3 cup of cooked chick peas. 2 Mugs of Calli Tea. 1 Vitalite Bar.
7:00 PM Medium Ham and Pineapple Pizza. 2 Mugs of Tea.
8:30 PM Went to sleep. Still sick with flu/cold. First day back to work.
