6:30 AM 1 Litre of distilled water.
7:00 AM Hot cereal with almond milk and seeds. 3 eggs in coconut oil with black pepper.
9:00 AM 2 Nuplus with Calli. Three cups of Calli throughout the morning.
12:00 PM 1 Large green salad with hemp seeds and 1/2 avocado, Udo's oil dressing. 1 Large glass of distilled water. 1/2 cup of Mung Bean Dal.
3:00 PM 4 Ryvita Crackers with White Bean Dip.
6:30 PM 2 Spelt pita with tomato paste, 1.2 Portobello mushrooms, shallots, slivered red/yellow pepper and one slice each of soy cheese. 1/2 cup of Mung Bean Dal.
9:00 PM Popcorn 1Litre of Distilled Water througoutevening.
