8:30 Am 3 Eggs. Coconut oil. 2 Vitadophilis. Water
12:30 1 Cup of Steamed Veg. with homemade hummus. 2 Litres of water throughout day.
6:00 Dinner party with bowls of pasta, garlic bread, ceasar salads, wine and tiramasu. I PASSED ON IT ALL! I drank water. Everything was loaded in sauce, cheese or spice. I knew I couldn't eat it. I did have one small piece of Tiramasu.
9:00 PM 1 Spelt Pita with one Red Bean Burger. 1 Litre of water throughout evening.
10:30 1 Cup of Rice Milk with 1 cup of mixed berries, Nuplus, 5 Quinary, Suncare.
