1:00 PM Quinoa Salad with mixed greens and kidney beans. 1Mug of Fortune Delight. 1 Vitalite Bar.
2:30 PM Meeting. Didn't eat muffins and coffee. Drank water only.
6:00 PM 1 Cup of Brown Rice. 1 Cup of Kidney Beans. Brocolli. Green Onions. Coconut Oil. Curry Powder.
