10:30 AM 1 Steamer of Soy Milk.
12:30 PM 2 Slices of Lentil Loaf. 1 Cup of Brocolli. 1 Cup of roasted lime sweet potatoes. 1 Glass of water. 1 Mandarine.
6:00 PM 1 Cup of Dahl. 1 Slice of Lentil Loaf. Chicken breast. 2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread. 2 Cups of Tea.
8:30 PM In bed. 2 Nuplus with Suncare and made with Calli Tea.
Still feeling under the weather. Fatigued. The flu is hanging on. Noticible cough.
