6:00 AM 1 bottle of distilled water. 3 eggs cooked in coconut oil.
10:30 AM Steamer and Slice of Banana Bread. I've got to lay off the banana bread.
1:00 PM 1/2 cup of each from salad bar. Bean salad. Cantalope. Mushrooms. Tomatoes. Green Salad.
4:00 PM Headache still. Bottle of water and Sunbar.
7:00 PM 5 Piece of Sushi and Bragg's. 1 Piece of Chicken. 2 Glasses of distilled water.
9:00 PM Cali Tea and 5 bitesized gingersnaps.
