11:00 AM Bob's Hot Cereal with seeds, cinnamon and1/3 cup of blueberries. 1 Vitadolphilis. Water. 1/2 cup of Cali Tea. Not sure if tea is a good idea right now..
Water throughout day
3:30 Apple sauce 1/2 cup unsweetened.
5:30 PM 1 Steamed apple and small chicken breast. I know its weird but it settled me.
Water throughout evening up until bedtime.
