I had my official WW weigh on Wed. (today is Sunday) and I was down 4.4 pounds!
Sorry for the delay in putting the results out there. I was on a course for the last five days and I am finishing up today. I did four workouts this week with the course and eating was good. I found it especially hard when you are limited to menus in a hotel. More on that later..
